Bivastat- Bivalirudin Injection 250mg by Cipla is for IV use only. Anticoagulant Bivalirudin is used in hospitals in order to prevent blood clots. Bivalirudin injection is indicated for use in patients with or at risk of unstable angina, HIT or HITTs during PCI. It is to be infused into a vein only by a health care professional in a hospital or clinic. This medicine should not be taken with mifepristone, blood thinner, or any agent that breaks up clots. One-dose vial of 250 mg bivalirudin for reconstitution. Each vial contains 250 mg bivalirudin. Consult a pediatrician before using this medication for children. Special precautions may be necessary.
